Rental Policy

1.Rental agreement & Rental Fees. I ( Renter ) shall carefully go through all the contents of this agreement. Full rental is to be paid in advance in addition to the refundable security deposit. Minimum 2 days of rental will be charged in each transaction. I declare that the company representative has thoroughly shown the equipment that I rented, & that All equipment is working properly.

2.ID Proof. In order to avail Minimum Security Scheme, I have to deposit with the Company representative any original ID proof. I understand that if any information/document given by me shall be found untrue or incorrect or false, the Company can take appropriate legal action against me.

3.Return of the Rental Equipment. I agree to return the equipment on or before the Return Date as mentioned in the agreement. If I return the equipment later than the Return Date, additional rental shall apply on standard charges. I shall be held financially responsible for any damage or theft that may occur to the equipment. In the event of theft or damage of the equipment, the Company shall use my security deposit towards any replacement or repair cost. In cases, where security deposits are not enough to recover the losses, I shall be held liable to pay the balance amount. The occurrence & extent of damage is to be solely decided by the Company, to prove otherwise, I must specify the damages in the column given above. I may also click before & after photos of the equipment. In case of stolen/lost equipment, the Company will charge ‘Full Security Deposit’ amount minus 25% depreciation.

4.Return Time. I shall return the equipment during office hours of the Company (10.30 am – 7.30 pm), or in case of home delivery, I shall inform the Company representative latest by 6 pm to pick-up the equipment. Beyond the before-mentioned timings, the equipment shall be returned the next day with additional charges.

5.Return of Security Deposit. I understand that the company will take up-to 4 working days to process the refund of security deposits

6.Cancellation Policy. In case of full deposits in advance, 100% amount will be refunded in case of up to 10 days before the pick-up date, 75% amount will be refunded in case of up to 5 days before the pick-up date, and 50% amount will be refunded in case of cancellations for 4 days or less from the day of the pick-up date.
In case of ₹500 security deposit, ₹500 will be will be refunded in case of up to 7 days before the pick-up/delivery date, ₹300 amount will be refunded in case of up to 3 days before the pick-up date, ₹100 will be refunded in case of cancellations on the same day of the pick-up date.

7.Disclaimer. The renter is taking GoPro/Camping equipment rental services from Unwind Life. The company is in no way connected to the choice of your travel destination. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
